Bro. Corey Cain - Pastor

Bro. Corey became the pastor of Maplewood on May 1, 2006.  He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Union University and a Master of Divinity degree from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.  Currently he is working on his Doctor of Ministry degree with Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  Bro. Corey and his wife Melody have two sons Caleb and Bennett.

On January 1, 1994 Bro. David John joined our church staff as Minister of Music.  He attended and graduated from Union University in Jackson, TN.  Bro. David John’s responsibilities at Maplewood Baptist include the weekly worship services, choir, and overall music program.  He has served for thirteen years as part-time Music Director.

David Miles - Youth Minister

David is the newest member of our staff.  He joined the ministry of Maplewood in March 2008.  We are excited about the relationships he is building with our youth.  He has attended Union University and Murray State University.  He currently serves as part-time youth minister.

Mrs. Kay Parish - Church Secretary

Mrs. Kay Parish started serving as Secretary in August 1960 in a part-time position.  Her duties include printing the weekly church bulletin and monthly newsletter.  Mrs. Kay’s knowledge of the people and functions of Maplewood help her to be a vital part of the ministry of our church.
